Over the years I have done a fair bit of teaching, mentoring and just explaining things to individuals and teams. Some of this was accomplished because I was actually in the role of instructor in a class at a university (both undergraduate and graduate levels). I have also been tasked with leading the management and leadership education in major business organizations, leading and managing teams involved in challenging consulting endeavors, and even training firefighters in a number of firefighting, engineering, emergency medical and incident command topics.
In doing these things I have occasion to compose diagrams, lists, explanations and other things to explain how things work and/or to help people cultivate useful skills. You will find some of those diagrams, lists, etc. available on this website, and it is my hope that you will find them informative and/or thought provoking.
